Spherical Aeration Diffuser

Description

Spherical Aeration Diffuser

The “aeration diffuser”, designed with a spherical structure that integrates both aeration and bottom stirring functions, is the world’s first of its kind. It has obtained patents in multiple countries, including Taiwan, the United States, China, Japan, and Germany. The spherical design allows it to rotate easily in the tank, generating continuous and stable gas diffusion and liquid convection. This ensures oxygen is evenly delivered to all areas at the bottom of the tank, effectively enhancing treatment efficiency.

It is suitable for various aeration tanks that require both aeration and mixing, including municipal wastewater treatment, industrial sewage treatment, food processing wastewater treatment, and aeration tank optimization or upgrades. It is especially ideal for treatment systems that demand stable oxygen transfer, long-term low maintenance, and high energy efficiency.

Unlike traditional aeration discs, which often suffer from reduced oxygen transfer efficiency due to material aging or pore clogging, this product ensures continuous and stable oxygen delivery with a long service lifespan.

The spherical design features a built-in backflow prevention and anti-clogging mechanism, preventing sludge and impurities from accumulating, with virtually no need for replacement or maintenance. It requires no complex piping, while the wind-shield design enhances convection efficiency. Installation is quick and safe, and long-term operation requires no disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of parts.
