Working Principle
The discs rotate slowly along a central axis, pushing the slurry toward the separation screen surface. Liquids pass through the wedge-shaped filter gaps, while solids are dewatered between the discs to form a concentrated sludge cake. The continuous self-cleaning design ensures stable performance and excellent dewatering results.
