Sludge Dewatering Machine-Wave Separator

Description

Sludge Dewatering Machine-Wave Separator

Solid-Liquid Separation Solution

The Wave Separator & Sludge Dewatering Machine features an innovative wave-shaped disc design that offers a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and low-maintenance alternative to traditional solid-liquid separation systems. With its slow and continuous rotating motion, the discs gently move the material forward, achieving excellent dewatering performance and high solid recovery rates. It is especially suitable for treating high-moisture wastewater and organic sludge.

Features

    • No rinse water required – saves resources and simplifies operation
    • Non-clogging design with excellent self-cleaning capability
    • Effectively processes oily and fibrous sludge
    • Compact footprint and energy-efficient operation lower costs
    • Easy to install, operate, and maintain
    • Customizable to fit various sludge types and site conditions

Working Principle

The discs rotate slowly along a central axis, pushing the slurry toward the separation screen surface. Liquids pass through the wedge-shaped filter gaps, while solids are dewatered between the discs to form a concentrated sludge cake. The continuous self-cleaning design ensures stable performance and excellent dewatering results.
